The renowned Spectra 2.0 Collection is growing with the arrival of new expandable styles that allow you to customize your case size. The checked luggage provides up to an unprecedented 47% more packing capacity, while carry-on styles allow travelers to adjust the depth for compliance with their particular airline carrier. The Spectra Medium Expandable has received the Red Dot Design Award 2016 as one of the best achievements in international product design for 2016.

Taking hardside luggage to the next level, the new styles are equipped with an integrated expansion system. The collection gives travelers the convenience of multiple cases in one and allows them to customize the case to the size they need. With a 3 cm (1.2") expansion, the depth of the carry-ons can be adjusted for compliance with most airline carrier regulations. Checked styles feature an 11 cm (4.3") expansion with exterior compression straps that allow travelers to adjust the case size for their needs. Awarded as a Red Dot Design winner for innovation, the new styles are set to offer the best in travel function and design.

The Spectra 2.0 Collection delivers the functionality and versatility expected from the makers of the Original Swiss Army Knife, while maintaining stylish aesthetics. It is uniquely designed to make traveling with hardside luggage more convenient. “Engineered to be lightweight without sacrificing durability these 100% virgin polycarbonate cases feature a stylish, scratch-resistant, matte finish and protective corner guards,” Carsten Kulcke further explains.

With smooth-rolling dual-caster wheels and a dual-trolley handle system, Spectra 2.0 exemplifies performance-focused design at every turn. Inside the case you’ll find an organizational panel designed to store travel essentials, and a new dedicated pocket has been added to hold the Lifestyle Accessories 4.0 CheckSmart Luggage Tracker, which enables travelers to track their baggage from their phone.

The new styles feature the same superior protection of the original cases with the addition of an ultra-strong, water-resistant, rip-stop expansion. Rubberized bumpers and stretch zippers provide extra flexibility and durability. The entire Spectra 2.0 Collection is available in black, red and navy blue offering diversity and effortless style.
