How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free for orders over 25 EUR. For orders below 25 EUR, we charge a fee of 2.95 EUR for shipping and handling costs within Germany and Austria. Returns are free of charge for you.

Can I send my order to a deviating delivery address?
We will deliver to any desired address in Germany and Austria. A delivery address that deviates from your home address is not a problem. You can also specify your office address or a DHL Packstation as the delivery address.
If you want your order to be sent to a DHL Packstation, please enter your Customer Post Number ("Postnummer") in the field Address line 1 and the Packstation Number in the field Address line 2 (in this format: "Packstation 104").
Please note that for new customers only selected payment methods are offered in the case of deviating delivery addresses. Existing customers may always use a deviating delivery address, and they will still have the option of selecting any payment method. You can specify a deviating delivery address when ordering at the time of payment.

When can I expect delivery of my order?
Your order will be processed by us on the same day, if it arrives by 2 pm. If not otherwise stated for the respective product, our shipping partners DHL (Germany) and Post AT (Austria) will usually deliver your order within 1-2 working days (delivery Monday to Friday only) to your selected address in Germany or Austria. Please note that weekends and holidays will affect the delivery time.
Please note that personalized products might take 1 or 2 days longer to ship. Victorinox will do its best to meet the published delivery times, however, is not liable for any changes. Delivery time may change without prior notice. Please note that Victorinox cannot offer an express delivery service for personalized products.
We guarantee the timely delivery of your order to our shipping partners. However, please understand that we have no influence on the delivery of your order once we have sent it to our shipping partner. -
How can I monitor the status of my shipment?
In the shipping confirmation, you will find the package number that you can use to track the shipment via DHL (Germany) or Post AT (Austria) shipment tracking. Registered customers will find a link to the order tracking number under “My Orders”.
