Is there a minimum order value?
At the Victorinox online shop, there is no minimum order value. Orders above 25 EUR will be shipped free of charge.

Is there a maximum order value?
At the Victorinox online shop, there is in principle no maximum order value. However, only certain types of payment are available for orders over 150 EUR for new customers and 300 EUR for existing customers.

Does the online shop offer a knife engraving service?
For certain models, we offer you the possibility to choose the colour of the scales and an engraving on the website.
Personalize your Swiss Army Knife
We also offer the personalization of knives in our stores - our stores can also send you the engraved knife by mail if you wish.
Please note that Limited Edition knives won’t be engraved. -
I want to order a fragrance product - what if I don't like it?
A fragrance sample is sent with selected fragrances, so you can test the fragrance without opening the original packaging. If you do not like the fragrance sample, then you can return the unopened fragrance in the intact original packaging. Products that have been opened will not be accepted for return.

Can I place an order if I don't live in Germany or Austria?
To shop in the Victorinox online shop for Germany and Austria, you must specify a billing address and delivery address both located in Germany or Austria.
If you live in Switzerland or Liechtenstein, please use our Swiss online shop. -
How do I edit my shopping cart?
Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the screen and you will be taken to your shopping cart, where your selected products are displayed. As long as the cart has not been sent, you can edit your shopping cart at will. Please check before submitting your order whether you want to add more products, as this is no longer possible after your purchase.

After sending my order can I add more items to my shopping cart?
After completing your order, it is not possible to add or remove products to/from your order. You would need to create a new shopping cart for this.

Can I change my delivery and/or billing address, even after the purchase has been made?
It isn't possible to change your address after order completion for that particular order. However, you can change addresses for future orders.

An article was available while I was placing my order, but at payment it was no longer available - why is this and what can I do?
This can happen in individual cases. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by such cases when several clients are interested in the same product at the same time and the quantity available is limited.

How do I redeem a coupon?
If you have a coupon code, you can enter the appropriate coupon code on the summary page of the cart in the bottom left.

Can I cancel my order?
A cancellation on the website is not possible.
