Excellent Chef's knife
I've been looking for the perfect chef's knife for a long time, and I've finally found it! Victorinox has impressed me with its quality. Solid but not rust-resistant
So, bought it in the Vienna's Victorinox store. The one I wanted was not in stock. So took that one. It's strong, solid, tha handle is convient. But once you leave a drop of water on the blade it will rust at this specific point. I didn't expect that the steel is so sensetive for water.
