Sorry, but I cannot use it.
Despite great features: -long blade with security -very long corkscrew -great olive oil wood and pouch -decent foil opener -great 2 levers which work well BUT The first lever is very thin and usually damages the top of the glass bottle every 5 or 6 bottles! Which means I have to clean some broken glass dust at the top of the bottle very often and this is simply not acceptable. I’m very surprised no one has found this fault before in blogs or reviews but because of that I simply cannot rely on this opener for professional service for example or even for myself. So disappointed because all the other features are great but this issue makes the whole purpose of the knife useless. It’s a shame because I really wanted to like it.
