How do I retrieve the password to my Victorinox account?
Click on “Forgot password?” on the Login page to reset your password. -
How do I change the email address on my account?
Log in to My Victorinox.
You will be able to update your email address in “My Profile” section. -
How do I write a review on a product?
To write a review for a Victorinox product, simply search for the product you wish to review and open the product details page.
Under the description of the product, you will find a tab “Reviews”.
Click on “write a review” and submit the form.Please note that you require a My Victorinox account to be able to submit a product review.

Do Victorinox products have a warranty? How does it work?
- The products sold by Victorinox México have a warranty in accordance with the product purchased, which is found in the warranty policy for your product.
- Damages due to misuse are not covered by the warranty. Any damages resulting from incorrect use or mishandling of the materials will result in the warranty being voided.
- To validate the warranty, you must have proof of purchase (an invoice or receipt).
- If you need to make a claim under your warranty (factory defect or repair), you must do the following:
- a. Send an email to servicio.mx@victorinox.com with a photograph of your product, stating whether it is a defect or a repair and attaching your proof of purchase.
b. After this, the service team will inform you about shipping options to a repair center.
c. Once the product is received, the service team will evaluate the product. If the product is covered by the warranty, shipping costs are the responsibility of Victorinox México. If the repair is not covered by the warranty, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of 130.00 MXN (including VAT), as well as the cost of the repair itself and the return shipping costs of 130.00 MXN (including VAT). - For any questions related to guarantees and repairs, please call 01800 2116333 or send an email to servicio.mx@victorinox.com

Can I return personalized products?
Please note that individualized orders may not be cancelled. As soon as you place your order, Victorinox starts the production and therefore cannot accept any changes or cancellation. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods that are made according to the customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer. In addition the right of return does not apply to configurated and personalized items except for manufacturing defects, deficiencies, damage from transport or any other error caused by Victorinox. In such cases, we will happily send you a correct product free of charge.
