Good but huge
Excellent quality, perfect balance, but it is huge, long and heavy - I suggest this beauty for skilled users. If you are amateur, or do not have a BIG-BIG cutting board, you should choose a Grand Maitre santoku.

Excellent
Perfectly balanced, well made blade and handle. It is definitely on the larger side so it needs extra care when wielding, but for chopping or cutting through bigger stuff it’s very nice to have the longer and taller blade.
