Cheap and very very sharp
Ours has lasted a couple of years daily use. Despite cheap appearance it’s our sharpest knife. It has held its sharpness, though the edge may now be slightly turned. Of course you can’t resharpen it as it’s stainless and scalloped. It’s polypropylene handle makes it dishwasher proof too. What’s not to like!
