If your watch needs repair or maintenance, please send it to our repair center or contact your local retailer. All watches covered by warranty will be repaired and shipped back to you free of charge.

A service charge may apply for repairs or servicing not covered by the warranty.

Replacement straps are not available on our website – your local Victorinox watch retailer will be happy to assist you in finding the right one. Please use our store locator to find the dealer nearest you.
