Sehr schönes Messer
Wie erwartet war das Messer schnell geliefert... Optisch sehr schön, liegt hervorragend in der Hand und fühlt sich wertig an. Toller Holzgriff! Warum nur 4 Sterne? Die Schärfe lässt zu wünschen übrig, da habe ich etwas mehr erwartet. Den Tomaten Scheidetest hat es gerade so eben bestanden. Da waren meine kleinen WMF Messer werksseitig deutlich schärfer. Wetzstahl und Schärfutensilien habe ich im Haus, so kann ich mir das Teil nachschärfen...
