Superbe outil de cuisine mais affutage Victorinox indigne
Le couteau est très agréable en main, léger, robuste et pour moi le poids est l'idéal compromis entre les fins couteau à viande et les couteaux de chef allemands trop lourds et massifs. Deux déception cependant : -le talon est brut et rugueux, cela aurait été mieux de l'avoir poli et arrondi -le fil de la lame et le tranchant d'usine sont catastrophiques et indigne de Victorinox. Le 1er Tier ne coupe pas, le fil de lame est insignifiant d'un côté et plus ou moins large de l'autre. La pointe est endommagée par un affutage irrégulier. Pour moi il y a un problème de contrôle qualité alors que le produit lui même est exceptionnel si tout était normal. Je garde le couteau car je n'ai pas envie d'encore échanger, je vais refaire totalement le fil par moi même.
