Déçu ++++
J’ai acheté dernièrement cette planche à découper et à la sortie du carton très satisfait de la taille. Mais après la première utilisation je l’ai rincé à l’eau pour la nettoyer et depuis une odeur chimique puissante sort de celle ci. J’ai essayer de la nettoyer à nouveau à l’eau sous le robinet pour faire partir cette odeur et surprise ce fut encore pire. Je ne peux pas utiliser cette planche donc elle va finir à la poubelle et vu le prix de celle ci je ne suis pas satisfait du tout. J’attendais beaucoup mieux d’une marque comme victorinox. J’ai contacté le service après vente par téléphone et par mail. J’attend leur réponse,
