Impossible to reset the combination!
The lock is sturdy, but comes with NO instructions on how to reset the combination. A chat with customer support and a look at some YouTube videos helped, but the reset button is so hard to depress that it's been impossible to reset the combination. Worse still, my hand slipped while trying to reset it, and the lock is now set to some mystery combination, rendering it useless. I do NOT recommend this product.
