Swiss Tracker™ Bag Tracking
How it works: Your bag features a unique tracking ID number and a 24–hour-a-day, 365-days-a-year number to call collect from anywhere in the world. If someone finds your lost Victorinox Travel Gear bag, they can simply call our customer service representative at the phone number provided. Using your unique ID number, we will work with them to reunite you with your bag. We will notify you, arrange pickup and then coordinate delivery of the bag to your desired location – at no cost to you.

This innovative luggage tag features a lifetime lost bag retrieval service. Upon purchase of this product, register your Tracking ID Tag and attach it to your luggage. In the event your bag is lost, we will help to reunite you with it anywhere in the world - for free.

The Access™ Lock Combination Recovery Program allows you to register your lock combination at victorinox.com.
Access™ Lock Combination Recovery
How it works: If you ever forget your combination, you can simply log in to your account and request an email that includes your combination. The Access™ Lock Combination Recovery Program is active upon registration and valid for as long as you own the bag.
