Can I place an order if I don't live in The United States?
To shop in the US Victorinox online shop, you must specify a billing address and delivery address both located in the United States

Do you ship to Canada?
We do not presently ship orders purchased on the US site to Canada.

How do I edit my shopping cart?
Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right of the screen and you will be taken to your shopping cart, where your selected products are displayed. As long as the cart has not been sent, you can edit your shopping cart at will. Please check before submitting your order whether you want to add more products, as this is no longer possible after your purchase.

After sending my order can I add more items to my shopping cart?
After completing your order, it is not possible to add or remove products to/from your order. You would need to create a new shopping cart for this.

Can I change my delivery and/or billing address, even after the purchase has been made?
It isn't possible to change your address after order completion for that particular order. However, you can change addresses for future orders.

Can I cancel my order?
A cancellation on the website is not possible. If you want to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at 1-800-442-2706 or via e-mail (consumerinquiries.us@victorinox.com) so that we can check whether cancellation is possible. If your order is already in order picking a change or cancellation is not possible.

This can happen in individual cases. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by such cases when several clients are interested in the same product at the same time and the quantity available is limited.

How do I redeem a coupon?
If you have a coupon code, you can enter the appropriate coupon code on the summary page of the cart in the bottom left.

Yes, you are now able to customize some of our most popular Swiss Army Knives by selecting the color of the scales and an engraving option.
