​​​​​​​How do I retrieve the password to my Victorinox account?

Click on “Forgot password?” on the Login page to reset your password.

If you requested a new password, but didn't receive your password-reset email:

• Try re-entering your email address.
• Check your spam or junk mail folders in your email account.
• Double check that the email address associated with your Victorinox profile is correct. You may want to try another email address that could have been used when you set up your profile.

Log in to My Victorinox.
You will be able to update your email address in “My Profile” section.

​​​​​​​How do I add/register a product to My Victorinox profile?​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​

1. Login to My Victorinox profile
    
2. Go to “My Products”
      
3. Click “Add New product”
      
4. Enter the article number or the product name
   ​​​​​​​   
5. Select your product by clicking “Add to list”. 

Please note: In the case that no results are found, you can manually add your product to the list.

For Travel Gear products: After adding the product, you can enter the Swiss Tracker ID and/or your lock combination (if applicable). If you lose your bag, you can set the status to “Report as lost”. In case the bag is found and the finder contacts the Victorinox Service Center, we will contact you to reunite you with your bag.
