Bon couteau, mais à améliorer !
C'est un bon couteau de cuisine, au tranchant très aiguisé. Toutefois, pour déplier la lame avec les mains mouillées ou moites, c'est difficile. Il serait idéal de faire des encoches sur la lame, comme sur les couteaux suisses, pour pouvoir mieux saisir la lame avec 2 doigts.
