How much are the shipping costs?
Ground shipping is complimentary for orders over 50. Returns are free of charge for you. Current shipping fees are as follows:
Ground: CAD 10.00
2 Day: CAD 18.00
Next Day: CAD 22.00Please note that Fragrances can only be shipped via Ground Shipping.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays within the United States and Canada.
Orders with expedited shipping must be placed prior to 2:00 pm EST.

Can I send my order to a deviating delivery address?
We will deliver to any address in the Canada, but may (depending on the type of purchase) require a signature at delivery.
A delivery address that deviates from your home address is not a problem. You can also specify your office address or a military address as the delivery address.
Please note that orders for the Swiss Army Knives, Cutlery, Fashion and Fragrance product categories are eligible to ship to these locations.
Unfortunately, due to carrier restrictions we are unable to ship to PO, APO or FPO boxes at this time. Please ensure your shipping address has a valid street address.

When can I expect delivery of my order?
Please give our distribution centers 48 hours to process and ship your order. Please note, Personalized products are hand assembled to your exact specifications. Because of this please allow 3-5 days for processing and shipment. -
How can I monitor the status of my shipment?
Once your order has shipped you will be notified via email of current tracking progress. Provided within this email you will find tracking information as well as a link to our shipment tracking portal.
