Please get in contact with an Authorized Victorinox Swiss Army service center and ship your watch via Certified or Registered Mail Insured, and retain the tracking number to easily locate the repair. It is recommended that you insure your package.

While there is no charge for repair or replacement of the watch during the warranty period, there is a $15.00 charge for postage, handling, and insurance which will be billed to you. Please reach out to your closest Authorized Repair Center to discuss methods of payment.
