Premiers "vrais" couteaux de cuisine pour moi, j'avais avant des couteaux de qualité médiocres achetés à bas prix ici et là. Quelle bonheur d'avoir une découpe nette et sans effort. L'éplucheur est également exceptionnel, il permet de retirer la peau des légumes et uniquement la peau (les pelures sont vraiment très fines), le tout sans avoir besoin de forcer. Les manches sont très agréables également.
