Had Issues Twice - Second Time Not Repaired While Under Warranty
Be careful - during the 5-year warranty period unless you have a local Victoronix repair shop close (mine is 4 hours away) you will need to ship your watch to a repair shop (at your cost) for a battery replacement. Because I used a local location to replace my battery, thinking that was the problem it was not running, I voided my warranty on a watch that broke twice in 3 years. Last time I buy one of their products.

Nice watch, one small note though...
Very beautiful watch, great proportions, nice height on the wrist. I did find the clasp (mine is the metal bracelet version) to be uncomfortable, even after having some slack on the bracelet adjustment. Maybe it is something that can be improved upon. I love that it comes with a SAK, more models could do it as well.

Victorinox Swiss Army watches purchased from authorized retailers are eligible for the manufacturer’s three-year limited warranty – which has been extended to five years for purchases effective January 1, 2019.
From the date of purchase, this includes the battery during the first year and manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship during 5 years.
