Stopped working after 1 month.
I ordered online and after 1 month it stopped working. I couldn't return it because Victorinox return policy is 30 days after purchase. I purchased online on Feb. 8; received Feb. 11; gifted Feb. 14 and it stopped working March 18. so out of the return time period. Going to see if it's just the battery (poor service if Victorinox is shipping old stock with depleted batteries). If it's not the battery, I'm out $1000.

Worst Watch ever.
The white band discolors and cannot be cleaned. I have requested by the South African dealer that I would like to send in for cleaning and this is not right. Or you should at least sell new white bands. I had to buy a new watch. I dont think all their products is bad but this is the worsts I have had and encountered. Kind regards
