What is the return & exchange deadline and how much will it cost me?
You can return the item(s) ordered from the online shop to our CS centre for exchange within 14 days if you’re not fully satisfied with the product you’ve purchased. Returning items should come together with the original packaging, accessories and warranty cards.
- If the return for exchange is caused by a product quality issue, the delivery cost for the returned shipment and the delivery cost of exchange will not be borne by you.
- If the return for exchange is not due to a product quality issue, you will have to pay for the returned delivery cost and also the new delivery cost for exchange.
- You can also return and exchange the item(s) at our brand stores without bearing any additional delivery cost.

Can I get the refund and how is the refund made?
A refund will only be made if the product has a manufacturing defect on craftmanship or material defects. We will process your refund as quickly as possible. If after examination of your return there will be a credit in your favour, then we will refund the amount immediately to the PayPal account used when ordering. We will also inform you about your credit by e-mail.

How do I send my package back?
You can return an item ordered from the online shop within 14 days of receipt. A copy of the purchase invoice will be sent with the delivery. Mark the reason for your return of the relevant products and enclose the copy of purchase invoice with your return shipment.
In order that we can process your return quickly, please note the following:
- Always enclose the copy of the purchase invoice
- Always use the original packaging
The returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original labels and fastenings, and should be in a state expected after normal inspecting and trying on the product(s). We will be unable to sell any return items with a strong odour or other signs of use. We reserve the right to assert claims for compensation in such cases.

Can I return items that were not purchased in the online shop?
Please understand that we can only take back items that were purchased in our online store. For items bought in one of our shops or from third parties that you wish to return, please contact the relevant sales outlet directly.

Can I return personalized products?
Please note that individualized orders may neither be cancelled nor returned . As soon as you place your order, Victorinox starts the production and therefore cannot accept any changes or cancellation. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods that are made according to the customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer. In addition the right of return does not apply to configurated and personalized items except for manufacturing defects, deficiencies, damage from transport or any other error caused by Victorinox. In such cases, we will happily send you a correct product free of charge.
