  • How do I retrieve the password to my Victorinox account?

    Click on “Forgot password?” on the Login page to reset your password.

  • How do I change the email address on my account?

    Log in to My Victorinox.
    You will be able to update your email address in “My Profile” section.

  • How do I add/register a product to My Victorinox profile?

    1. Login to My Victorinox profile
    2. Go to “My Products”
    3. Click “Add New product”
    4. Enter the article number or the product name
    5. Select your product by clicking “Add to list”. 

    Please note: In the case that no results are found, you can manually add your product to the list.
