Your personalized knife may take up to 1-3 days to process, once shipped the shipping partner will deliver your order within 2-4 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays will affect the delivery time.
Can I change the order after I place it?
No due to the nature of personalization, you are not able to change the order or return unless there is an issue. Incase of a special request, please contact our customer service.
How many personalized items can I order?
There is no limit in quantities for personalized items. For larger quantities (50+ items), you may visit our corporate gift section.
